Shipping and pickups
We currently ship within Finland only. You can also pickup your order from our store at Puutarhakatu 42c, Turku. Returns can also be processed at our store.
We aim to process and send your order within 1-3 working days. We use Posti as our shipping partner. We offer the following flat rate shipping service: 6,90€ Posti standard delivery.
Unfortunately we are not able to reserve items from our online store.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time within Finland is usually 2–7 business days depending on the shipping method and destination.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing an order. Kaos Thrifts is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of vintage and second-hand products, all items are carefully inspected before sale. Minor signs of wear may be present and are considered part of the character of vintage clothing unless otherwise stated.
14-Day Return Policy
Customers in Finland have the right to return their order within 14 days of receiving the item in accordance with Finnish consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Tags (if included) must remain attached
- The item must be returned in original packaging when possible
Non-Returnable Items
We reserve the right to refuse returns for:
- Worn or damaged items after delivery
- Items altered by the customer
- Hygiene-sensitive items where applicable

- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
Original shipping costs may not be refundable unless required by law.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
